Shendra is a country in eastern Phaara on Elara. It is bordered on the west by the Dyalynn Mountains and the Northern Wilderlands beyond. The country consists mainly of the slender coastline between the mountains and the Northern Marinnis Ocean, and the large island several kilometers off the coast, with a few smaller islands scattered nearby. The climate is warm-to-cool temparate.
The Shendrian government is an imperial monarchy, with only the female reigning. The Shendrian queen is known as the Tahje.
